Pre-Orders

Pre Orders Policy

To avoid holding up any of your other items when  making a pre-order purchase, please be sure to make a separate order when wanting to purchase a pre-order item.  As pre-order items are products which can be reserved to avoid missing out, they are however products which are not yet in stock. Therefore will need to be shipped out as soon as stock does arrive, usually at a later date. Any Arrival dates   are estimates only. Occasionally pre-orders can be delayed  or even cancelled. In the event this should happen, a full refund will be given to all affected customers.  Please be aware that pre-orders must be paid for in full at the time of placing your order. Any pre-orders not paid in full will unfortunately be cancelled. (Note:If you include other items with a pre-order purchase the entire order will be held until the pre-order arrives.)
