 Pay Pal is the fastest and most efficient way to checkout, If you decide that you would like to pay with a credit or debit card, choose to pay via PayPal at the checkout. PayPal is a third party credit card processor that keeps all of your transaction information secure.

Shipping


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. All orders are shipped from Melbourne Australia, and will be shipped to you once payment has cleared. Posting is done on Mondays and Fridays and we will do our best to ship orders promptly. 

All customers will receive notice when your item has been posted allowing you to know that your package is on the way.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full gram.

 All parcels shipped WITHIN Australia are done so using Australia Parcel Post, which comes with a tacking number, however please allow 24hr before tracking your item, to allow your item to be scanned and entered  into the Australia post system.

  International Shipping IS Available

             International postage Rates for countries other than Australia will also be based on weight. Items are also shipped via ‘Australia Post AIR MAIL’. Please be aware that Australia Post ‘AIR MAIL’ does NOT include insurance or a tracking system for standard international shipping, However tracking is available with other methods of shipping like Registered Post International or Pack and Track International for your conveinience.

 We are unable to take ANY responsibility for unregistered parcels once they are posted.

Note that any duties, customs fees, or any other associated fees, will need to be the responsibility of the buyer, if  your country charges these types of fees. Please be aware of customs information including any fees that may be incurred on your end, before purchasing.

  As a guide, postage within AUSTRALIA is generally delivered in 2-5 working days and APPROXIMATELY 10 working days to the rest of the world

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS However, please keep in mind that packages can also be delayed due to customs depending on what country you live in. Occasionally international parcels can take up to a month to get to their destination.How quickly a package gets to you is out of my control.

Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost in the mail, or damaged in transit. You can insure your package (at an additional cost) if you are concerned about this - Please do not hesitate to contact me for details.

 Returns

It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase!

Refunds and exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis. If for any reason a received product is broken or faulty or you believe there is a discrepancy in your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, so we can resolve the problem for you as quickly as possible. 

We will be happy to give a refund or exchange, if in the unlikely event your order is faulty due to the manufacturing process. The purchased goods must be returned in their original packaging Where possible. Please be aware that initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

Parcels damaged in transit should be reported to Australia Post who will provide a claim form upon request:
